Description
Every year we have the kids fill out a questionnaire. This is a great
opportunity to get to know your kids’ likes and dislikes a little better. It is
also a way to take a snapshot of their life to remember forever. Their
opinions change just like ours over the years. After they fill it out, we love to
look back and see what their answers were when they were younger. This
would be a great keepsake to pass on to their children.
